This training programme will help participants to develop their ability to successfully design and facilitate a wide range of meetings. The programme includes the tools, techniques and interpersonal/group management skills needed for success.

The programme is highly experiential, with participants “road-testing” their skills within highly realistic simulated meetings.

Training Style:

Interactive, enjoyable  and thought provoking. The workshop uses inputs from the course leader, group and individual exercises, and a wide range of challenging simulated meetings.
