Help directors, managers and team leaders to inspire, lead and develop well functioning, customer focused, teams. Each participant is asked to critically assess their team’s current progress towards becoming a high performance team. The workshop discusses x10 key strategies for developing a team. Participants are then required to produce and present an action plan for their team’s ongoing development.
