Leading and developing teams (Typically 1 or 2 days)

Custom designed:

Quality, in-house training for your organisation’s needs

Overview:

Help directors, managers and team leaders to inspire, lead and develop well functioning, customer focused, teams. Each participant is asked to critically assess their team’s current progress towards becoming a high performance team. The workshop discusses x10 key strategies for developing a team. Participants are then required to produce and present an action plan for their team’s ongoing development.

Creating a bespoke leadership programme:

Clients often ask us to run this day’s training as a module within a comprehensive leadership programme including modules such as “Developing Leadership Skills”, “Performance coaching and mentoring”, “Managing Change” and “Action Learning Sets”

Leading and developing teams

“Building and maintaining a successful team is a little like building a sand castle close to the waves; one works hard to get the thing in place and then you know that the “waves” will inevitably take parts away - requiring more re-building...”
