We have extensive experience working with organisations to reinvigorate stalled or poorly performing change projects/initiatives. Working with sponsors, project managers and keep team members we can create a “hothouse” environment lasting about a day or a day and a half where all those involved take a fresh and objective review of progress to date. The aim of the service is to leave the organisation with a freshly reinvigorated and motivated Project team/sponsor – and perhaps more importantly, a way forward that is much more likely to ensure success.
Our facilitator will design a series of high involvement / time limited steps that revisit the following:-
Project objectives and measures
The way the project was originally set up, including its team members, stakeholders and project controls
The fullness in terms of understanding of the “AS IS”
The fullness in terms of understanding of the “TO BE”
The change strategy adopted, the communications planning and project management
Our facilitator may also recommend a critical review of any blocking paradigms/group think.
In many projects reinvigoration sessions we include concise inputs on effective change and project management, creative thinking and effective communications (including Semiotics)
The outcome of taking the above steps will be a updated/modified product plan that greatly increases the chances of the project meeting its stated objectives
