Conducting self scoring and hard-hitting team audits – where the whole team and its leader openly score and then discuss the quality of the team working. (This approach works well for well-developed pre-existing teams who would like to shift to an even higher gear of performance)
Facilitated sessions on team vision, team strategy and team culture - our aim here is to ensure that all members of the team participate and are heard!
