Overview:

This "Train the IT Trainer" programme takes participants through the entire toolkit of beliefs, skills and behavioural strategies used by competent IT trainers. The course is highly experiential, with each participant getting feedback during and after "live" training sessions. Participants typically use relevant organisational based IT training materials, or we can supply training materials (normally covering Microsoft Office modules)

Training Style:

Interactive, enjoyable and thought provoking. The workshop uses inputs from the course leader, group and individual exercises, case studies, psychometrics and discussions.

Train the trainer sessions will also include simulated IT training sessions, where other participants go into role as a typical audience!
